H&M is utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the Power, Oil & Gas Pipeline, Gas Distribution, and Communications markets throughout North America. H&M is also a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst.
Responsibilities- Pre-screen applicants, schedule and attend interviews, create offer letters via ICIMS.
- Review background checks.
- Facilitate orientation for non-craft personnel and process their information into our HRIS (UKG) and payroll system (JD Edwards).
- Administrative tasks including record keeping of employee files, employee updates, questions, employment verification, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with customer contract terms and conditions and compliance of Comapny's policies and best practices.
- Assist on any other HR projects
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive employee information.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent experience
- 2 years of progressive experience in Human resources or a business-related field.
- Proficient in software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.

Wage Range:
$49,920 - $76,960/annually
