Overview

Henkels & McCoy West, LLC., a MasTec company, is a full-service engineering and construction company providing utility infrastructure solutions to its government and commercial customers. Henkels & McCoy West, LLC. (H&M) service offerings include Consulting & Planning, Engineering & Design, Construction Management, EPC/Design Build, Program Management, and extensive Field Construction Services. H&M is utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the Power, Oil & Gas Pipeline, Gas Distribution, and Communications markets throughout North America. H&M is also a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-screen applicants, schedule and attend interviews, create offer letters via ICIMS.
  • Review background checks.
  • Facilitate orientation for non-craft personnel and process their information into our HRIS (UKG) and payroll system (JD Edwards).
  • Administrative tasks including record keeping of employee files, employee updates, questions, employment verification, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer contract terms and conditions and compliance of Comapny's policies and best practices.
  • Assist on any other HR projects
Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive employee information.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of progressive experience in Human resources or a business-related field.
  • Proficient in software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.

Wage Range:

$49,920 - $76,960/annually
