Maryland Construction Company is Hiring a Project Manager Near Baltimore, MD

A well-established construction company with a three-decade legacy is actively seeking a Project Manager to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in this trade and have substantial knowledge in estimating, general construction, and repairs. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and completing projects on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. Working with our personnel, you will identify and prioritize available resources, risks, and potential rewards. Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to estimate the total cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
  • Develop detailed and accurate bids for projects.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and prices for materials and services required for the project.
  • Efficiently schedule field technicians on a daily and weekly basis to manage the workflow of incoming work orders and jobs.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to provide hands-on supervision and ensure the successful completion of work according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and prepare change orders as they arise during a job or work order.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
  • Management of Subcontractor Relationships
Qualifications:
  • MUST have experience in estimating
  • Extensive experience in general construction and repairs
  • 5 years of Construction/Maintenance experience is required
  • Property Management Experience “A Plus”
  • Proficient in computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Zuper
  • $70K - $80K based on experience; Medical benefits and vision/dental plus 401K offered.
  • Must be willing to be On-Call on a rotating schedule for after-hours emergency calls. Additional pay will be provided.
