Position Summary:
MarshBerry is currently seeking a Vice President, Business Development. The position may be located in one of MarshBerry’s office locations or remote-based. The VP is primarily focused on new business origination but may also manage and execute certain financial advisory or growth advisory consulting projects. The VP will become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by developing relationships and becoming an expert in all of MarshBerry’s products and services. They will focus on personal branding through networking, speaking engagements and authoring articles for MarshBerry and industry publications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development success in the insurance or financial services industries and be able to leverage their experience and professional network to establish trusted relationships with clients and prospects.
