Marquee Dental is looking for a highly effective Regional Operations Manager to help oversee operations in the Louisville market. This leader must have prior experience working with multiple locations, with case presentation and people development to go above and beyond for our patients. Marquee Dental is looking for a Leader who is able to adapt to office environments, achieve financial goals of the company while ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, accounts receivable and collections, the specialty referral process, expenses, and auxiliary supply purchases
• Support and partner with the Dentist(s) to lead and develop the staff while developing and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment
• Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and timely
• Deliver superior customer service ensuring a positive patient experience

Qualifications

•  2 years in a management leadership role in dental preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with treatment plan presentation and making financial arrangements
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with P&L responsibility and oversight for business/store/office
• Exceptional leadership skills, leading teams to exceed results and providing extraordinary customer service
