The SafeHouse Restaurant, a spy themed restaurant and bar is looking for a strong / experienced Kitchen Manager
The SafeHouse brand is 50 years old and recognized globally as a spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, WI. SafeHouse Restaurants operates clandestinely as a branch of Marcus Restaurants and Marcus Corporation.
Our passion extends past the plate and encompasses the people- our guests, our staff, and our suppliers.
Essential Functions :
- Manage costs
- Enforce safe and sanitary food production standards
- Partner well with front of house team
- Schedule kitchen staff so that proper coverage is maintained while managing payroll costs
- Ensure proper receiving, storage (including temperature setting) usage and rotation of food products so as to comply with the Health Department regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 5 years of food service management
- Excellent communication skills
- ServSafe Certified
- Managerial or supervisory experience required
