Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments,
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager and assist with various tasks as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
- File and organize documents, ensuring all records are kept up to date
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
