Job Scope: AdminTech and Interpreter performs responsible secretarial duties that may includebut are not limited to routing and mailing/faxing correspondence, maintainingconfidential files and information, assembling and organizing program materialsneeded by ECI program staff, filing client chart documents, making up intakeand assessment packets, answering the telephone, taking referrals etc. Duties includeproviding Spanish translations for ECI families in the home and community. Positionwill possess technical skills as described in the Core Competency Inventory.Elements of the job scope are performed in a manner that articulates themission, vision and values of the organization. 

Education/Licensure: Bi-lingual.High School education or equivalent. Prefer college and/or secretarial school training.

Experience/Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge and applied competency in good telephone skills,ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal exchangewith the public, clients and program personnel. Should have knowledge of computer applications related to word processing and spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of office and clerical procedures.
