Assistant Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide support and guidance to team members, including training and development
- Take inventory and restock as needed

- Ensure clean and safe facilities for customers and employees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Participate in staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software
- Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks appropriately
- Experience in training and supervising
