Requirements:
As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, everyday you will assist in overseeing day to day operations at our conventional apartment community, help people lease their dream home, complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures. Greenway (196 units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Minneapolis, MN and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!
To thrive in this role:
One year or park management or property management experience of 100 doors or more
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
Bonus Skills
Yardi or OneSite experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
Two years of previous sales experience
