Galley Group is currently seeking applicants for and Assistant Manager or an AGM candidate for our food hall, North Loop Galley, in Minneapolis, MN. This position/s will be a multi-function role that will focus on day-to-day floor operations, but also have the potential to oversee our internal programming of the restaurant and work closely with the GM and Director of Marketing. Successful candidates will be proactive and be self motivated to define the role and seek out opportunities to grow the business as well as their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing floor operations at the restaurant, and implementing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Tracking and reporting on progress toward achieving objectives in sales, profitability, service, quality, appearance of facility, and cleanliness.
• Fully complying with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
• Staff development, hiring, scheduling, coaching, etc.
• Work with the Management team to plan, schedule, and execute internal programming and properly market on all social channels.
• Prospect surrounding businesses to introduce restaurant/venue and all the possible event opportunities available; continue to build business relationships
• Be present for all events to provide on-site support throughout service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
