We are looking to hire an entry-level Administrative Assistant
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mambo Seafood is a high-volume iconic Houston restaurant brand that has been in business since 1996. Mambo has 11 restaurants in the Greater Houston area and one franchised operation in the Rio Grande Valley. Mambo Seafood is poised for rapid growth!
We are looking to hire an entry-level Administrative Assistant
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payroll Processing
- Submit and approve invoices
- Review and approve DSRs
- Track the restaurant expenses by period
- Offer and track employees' health insurance
- Invoices processing
- New hire onboarding
- Reporting and document filing
- Communication via email
- Managing the office- keeping it organized, ordering supplies, and managing communication administratively
- Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- MS Office & Data entry experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Able to pass a background check
