Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Irrigation Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our irrigation department by providing administrative assistance and ensuring efficient operation of irrigation systems. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordinating inspections, managing data in Excel, and utilizing Google Forms for data collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation systems, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Google Forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule irrigation system inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection reports and data using Excel spreadsheets.
• Create and manage forms using Google Forms for data collection purposes.
• Assist in the coordination of irrigation repair and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders regarding irrigation-related matters.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in irrigation systems and inspections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Forms for data collection and form creation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or coursework related to irrigation systems or landscaping.
• Experience with irrigation system design software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles for tracking expenses related to irrigation projects.
