As our partnerships continue to grow, so do our opportunities. We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Job Overview:

The Executive Administrative Assistant supports the assigned executive(s) by performing executive-level administrative duties. This position maintains confidential information, coordinates daily activities, schedules appointments, oversees meeting preparations, makes travel arrangements, prepares and drafts correspondence, and coordinates special projects. Provides support as needed to the executive’s direct reports. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs executive-level administrative support functions
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documents
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on escalated issues/concerns
  • Apprises management of executive directives, including communicating delegated assignments
  • Transcribe minutes from meetings
  • Maintains project objectives
  • Receives and reviews for accuracy of all documents for executive-level approval, and/or signatures
  • Travel to local plant to assist with events as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company matters.
  • Must be efficient and organized, able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, managers, across all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Three (3) years administrative assistant required

Work environment:

  • Corporate Headquarters, with occasional travel to local plant
  • Work will generally be performed in an office environment
  • May at times be exposed to shop elements, such as dust, noise, fumes, and oils 
  • Minimal travel may be required

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility.
  • May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
