Mad City Windows and Baths is looking for an Human Resources Assistant - Attendance to join our growing Human Resources team in Madison!

The Human Resources Assistant - Attendance is responsible for understanding and application of HR policies and procedures. They will assist with daily attendance tracking, managing emails, maintaining accurate and up to date HR files, and support disciplinary action initiation.

Essential Functions: 

• Track attendance in ADP and support development of attendance summary reporting
• Answering employee questions and maintaining employee personnel files
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
• Gathering and imputing all information into employee database platforms
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• An articulate and professional demeanor; Team player
• Humble self-motivation and discipline
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
