**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our family-oriented team. A Florida licensed 4-40 Customer Representative License is preferred but not required. We seek an individual that is kind and has a good demeanor, and that will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our wonderful clients. This position requires professional interaction with customers and prefers data entry skills. This position also prefers fluency in both English and Spanish. Any deficiency in language proficiency, office skills, or customer service skills can be trained and learned on the job. No sales goals will be requested.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone or email

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

- Utilize data entry skills to update customer accounts

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

**Requirements:**

-Licensed 4-40 Customer Representative License preferred but not required

-Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred

- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently

- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service

- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions

**Resumen de trabajo:**

Buscamos un representante de servicio al cliente de seguros para unirse a nuestro equipo orientado a la familia. Se prefiere pero no se requiere licencia de representante de clientes con licencia 4-40 . Buscamos una persona que sea amable y tenga buen comportamiento, y que sea responsable de brindar un servicio y soporte excepcionales a nuestros maravillosos clientes. Este puesto requiere interacción profesional con los clientes y prefiere habilidades de entrada de datos. Este puesto también prefiere la fluidez tanto en inglés como en español. Cualquier deficiencia en el dominio del idioma, las habilidades de oficina o de servicio al cliente se puede capacitar y aprender en el trabajo. No se solicitarán objetivos de ventas.

**Responsabilidades:**

- Manejar las consultas entrantes de los clientes por teléfono o correo electrónico.
- Proporcionar información precisa, válida y completa a los clientes.
- Utilizar habilidades de entrada de datos para actualizar las cuentas de los clientes.
- Realizar llamadas salientes para dar seguimiento a las inquietudes de los clientes.
- Analizar las necesidades del cliente y recomendar soluciones adecuadas.
- Resolver las quejas de los clientes de manera profesional.
- Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente a través de un excelente servicio.

**Requisitos:**

-Se prefiere pero no se requiere licencia de representante de clientes con licencia 4-40 -La fluidez en inglés y español es ventajosa. - Fuertes habilidades de entrada de datos con atención al detalle. - Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita. - Se prefiere experiencia previa en servicio al cliente o campo relacionado. - Capacidad para analizar información y resolver problemas de manera eficiente. - Mentalidad orientada al cliente con enfoque en brindar un servicio excepcional. - Las habilidades multilingües son una ventaja para las diversas interacciones con los clientes.
