As a Customer Service Representative, your main focus is delivering exceptional service to program participants and their families.

This entails handling inquiries via phone and email, assisting with enrollment, and verifying eligibility.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for :

• Communicating effectively with seniors, coordinators, and the Administration Manager.
• Maintaining accurate counts for meals and transportation on a daily and weekly basis.
• Establishing partnerships with community agencies to secure volunteer presenters and ensure proper documentation.
• Managing volunteer forms for participants involved in program activities.
• Recording daily attendance of participants.
• Overseeing the Client Intake process, ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
• Ensuring accurate service tracking and reporting, supported by required documentation.
• Addressing consumer calls promptly and efficiently.
• Managing change of status procedures as necessary.
• Organizing and supervising field trips.
• Conducting monthly facility and safety inspections across program locations.
• Completing incident reports and overseeing fire drills as needed.
• Compiling and submitting monthly reports to AAA (Area Agency on Aging).
• Processing Journal Entries for required Program Income, such as participant donations.
• Fulfilling other assigned duties as required.
• Accurately entering meals, Evidence-Based Interventions (EBI), and transportation data into the SPURS system.

Working Conditions : The role is generally comfortable, with occasional periods of stooping, bending, and light lifting of materials weighing up to 10pounds.

Minimum Requirements :

Education : A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience : Six months of administrative or customer service-related experience is required. An Associate’s degree may be substituted for the experience requirement.
