Our Miami Office is looking for a CustomerService Representative with strong Customer Service Skills to workfor a busy marketing company.

The successful applicant will be ableto work as part of a growing friendly team. Experience withcustomer facing roles is an advantage but notessential.

You will be working within an extremely dynamicand successful new business team developing existing and attractingnew business where a flair for sales and customer development arevital.

Aboutthe Role :

To provide the primaryexternal business interface for customers and the external salesforce. Providing a full range of customer service support servicesincluding pricing information lead time inquiries and proactivemanagement of sales.

Establishing and maintaining effectiverelationships with specific managers and end usercustomers.

Participating in promotional andreactive sales campaigns will also be part of the CRM / CustomerServiceRole.

TheMain Responsibilities of the Customer ServiceRole :

• Providing anexcellent standard of CustomerService.
• Sales reporting and tracking day todayprogress

Previous experience is notessential as full training will be given but office / retail / salesexperience would be useful.
