Insurance Producer / Customer Service Miami

****Description****

A Insurance Producer is a licensed insurance sales representative with commercial trucking experience. As a Producer, this role will be part of a team focused on helping grow the revenue of the product line by offering products responding to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. The Producer works under the supervision of the Agency Sales Manager.

** **In this role you will:****

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established

Develop insurance quotes, and closes sales

Educate all customers of cross and up-sell opportunities including other compliance products

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists

Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases

** **Skills and Experience:****

2-20 / 4-40 Licensed required

Minimum of 1-year insurance sales or customer service experience

Experienced within an insurance agency is preferred with knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance coverages including (but not limited to): commercial property, general liability, workers compensation, umbrella, passenger accident, warehousing

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired
