Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is Hiring an Admin Assistant (full-time) (facilities team accounts payable assistant) Near Oklahoma, OK

BASIC PURPOSE : The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and project support to the Facilities Maintenance and In-House Maintenance Departments. Preparing department reports, project cost analysis, correspondence, and phone support.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide project and administrative support for the Facilities Maintenance and In-House Maintenance Departments
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, phone support, etc.
Handle department Accounts Payable, vendor accounts and set up, reports, invoice processing, statements, and cost analysis
Assist with all aspects of the Facilities Maintenance Department
Handle other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent required
College Degree is a plus
Experience:
1 -2 years office experience
1 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
1 years of SAP Accounting experience
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Skills:
Hard skills: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, data entry
Soft Skills: Able to multi-task; excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, strong organization skills, sense of urgency, dependable and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Typical Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
Requires normal range of hearing and vision
