Louis Ristorante & Bar is Hiring a Server Near Saint Paul, MN
Opened in 1911, Cossetta’s has been known for its award-winning pizza, homemade sauces, handmade Italian sausages and welcoming staff. With our recently-completed “Alimentari” expansion of the highly successful Cossetta’s, retail market, eatery and “Eventi” Catering, as well as the introduction of our new Pasticceria and rooftop restaurant “Louis Ristorante”, we are always searching for experienced people to grow with our exciting company.
Job Position: Server
Department: Louis Ristorante & Bar
Job Tasks and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provides warm greeting and Cossetta Welcome to all guests
- Provides guests with menus and notifies them of current specials
- Provides prompt, courteous customer service
- All cash handling procedures are followed according to Cossetta standards
- Knows, suggestively sells, and provides expertise regarding all restaurant products to customers
- Makes and/or recommends on-the-spot product quality decisions
- Transports all dirty dishes to dish room for cleaning
- Stocks, rotates, and serves beverages/ice
- Maintains proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- Verifies proper identification for alcohol sales
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of station and equipment
- Answers telephone according to Cossetta standards
- Assists in running food/beverages to support all service staff
- May assist with company fiscal period inventory count
