- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

- Proficient in using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Strong cash handling skills, including the ability to accurately count money and provide change
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to mix cocktails according to customer preferences
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and practices
