We are actively seeking a Bartender / Server to join our growing team.

Job Summary

A Bartender / Server greets guests, sets up food line, serves food and drinks, and cleans up.

Hours and Pay

We have a part-time position available. The starting pay is $1450 per hour plus tips. Additional hours and cross-training may be available based on performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Acknowledges and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting
• Maintains proper standards of sanitation and physical appearance of the food line
• Manages complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Complies with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Stocks all service areas with proper equipment and food items
• Interacts with guests to ensure their needs are met
• Keeps all tables clean throughout shift
• Empties waste baskets throughout shift
• Puts away stock and supplies as needed
• Completes required prep work for the next shift
• Cleans, mops and vacuums assigned areas
• Accommodates special requests
• Notifies the Management/Maintenance Department of repairs needed
• Some lifting, bending and reaching is required
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have Bartender experience
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform and name tag
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance according to standards
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand, stoop. walk or bend for majority of shift
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Previous restaurant preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner
• Ability to regularly lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Prior to an offer of employment, the successful completion of a background check will be required
