Responsibilities
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
- Reconcile and prepare daily credit card deposit
- Reconcile and process daily check deposit
- Research and answer all receivable inquiries
- Post accounts payable invoices
- Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
- Process daily receivables report
- Assist with some payable tasks
- Provide support to other team members and dealership employees as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Familiar with automotive industry
- Experience with Excel
- Proven track record
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
- Team-oriented
- Detail-oriented
