We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
• Restaurant Accounting a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software
