LockNLube is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative Near Nashville, TN

About the job

LockNLube is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help accelerate the growth of our B2B business. We are looking for a high-energy, organized and goal-driven individual who has a proven track record of success in sales.

This Representative will be visiting our current customer base as well as obtaining new customers. The position provides salary plus extensive commission compensation and career growth as our B2B business continues to rapidly expand.

LockNLube is a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality tools for machine maintenance. Our company has a deep commitment to product quality, customer service, and innovation. The growth of our B2B team and product presence in-store is a pillar of the company’s growth strategy and this Representative will reflect our company values and culture.

In house training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and sell interested consumers on LockNLube products thru B2B sales.
  • Travel is required.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Be a trusted partner in the consumer’s journey to discover and learn about our exciting product.
  • Assess customer needs and respond appropriately, be a consultative problem solver.
  • Keep accurate records and submit customer order information in a timely fashion.
  • Accurately determine pricing based on products and customization options ordered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a great experience for our customers.

Qualifications / Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to make a quick connection with potential customers.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Active listener.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated.
  • Adaptable and a fast learner.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and provide good at follow-up.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience. D2D or B2B experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Love of closing sales and not afraid to ask for the order.

Job Income:

  • Salary based on experience.
  • Unlimited commission income.
