LMG Comprehensive Sleep Care Centers (970) is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Leesburg, VA

Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, seeks an experienced professional to serve as an Assistant Manager to keep each facility in operation by managing, supervising, and supporting for its 10 Comprehensive Sleep Care Center (CSCC) practice locations with overnight sleep laboratories and in-office durable medical equipment (DME) services. This full-time position will be housed in the main office in Lansdowne and will require travel to the 10 office locations.

This position requires strong administration and leadership skills.

Primary duties include:

  • Regular meetings with Department Managers: Work closely with Dept. Managers to ensure we are following all policies and procedures. Work on areas of improvement and guidance. (Backup and support).
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist in making sure all areas of scheduling are covered, meeting productivity, schedules are full. Acting back up on scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with medical staff to optimize patient flow.
  • Front Desk Operations: Following closely with front desk team members, answer employee questions or concerns, address patient inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Data Entry and Clerical Work: Accurately input patient information and scan invoices in secured folder.
  • Office Organization: Assures that the office and waiting areas are organized and welcoming for patients.
  • Assist with ensuring all Policies and Procedures are being followed and enforcement. Assists with all HR related matters.
  • Customer Service: Assists with Customer Service Training
  • Assist Practice Administrator, Operations Manager and other department leads with management of all day-to-day practice operations and tasks.
  • Ensuring that staff members are adequately trained on systems as well as office policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Recruitment.
  • Payroll (time entry).
  • Practice growth / marketing
  • Supply ordering / vendor liaison

Strong candidates will have the ability to master administrative duties and manage projects from start to finish with a high level of independence.
