Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Office Manager to oversee and manage various construction requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction office management and possess excellent organizational skills. The ability to work closely with the owner in a fast paced environment, synthesizing information and delivering on daily needs of the office.

Responsibilities:

- New hire paperwork

- Payroll and Requisitions

- Cashflow monitoring and planning

- Managing accounts payable/accounts receivable along with owner

- Commercial pay applications

- Download and organize digital files for the estimating department

- Material compliance and submittals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting procedures, or related experience
- Experience as a Construction Office Manager - concrete construction experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and construction workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in online accounting solutions such as Quickbooks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
