Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities - Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive business growth - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing sales processes and tracking performance - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business opportunities We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
