Responsibilities - Assistant Sales Manager:

• Drive and assist the sales team in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly dealership sales goals
• Ensure customers are greeted promptly and determine a suitable vehicle.
• Suggest optional equipment and accessories for customers to purchase.
• Proficient in computing and quoting sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Maintain a prospect list and follow-up logs.

Qualifications/Requirements - Assistant Sales Manager:

• Experience managing and training a vehicle sales force is a plus!
• Experience with motorcycles is preferred
• If you are a Harley-Davidson enthusiast, that is a plus!
• Ability to assist F&I department, when need be, contracting, funding, selling F&I products, etc.
• Appraising trades.
• Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction standings and Customer Retention.
• Willingness to work hard.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license preferably with Motorcycle endorsement
• Personal/professional references must be available upon request
