Requirements

• 3-5 Years experience as a ServiceDesk Manager
• Previous MSP experience (This role will be client facing)
• Able to Generate reports out of a ticketing system to show the data on KPI's
• Able to show trends in ticket reporting for multiple properties
• Experience drafting and creating Knowledge Base Articles
• Experience with a ServiceDesk System
• Able to identify weaknesses and trend analysis
• Experience with drafting and implementing policies and procedures and converting into reality (working with cross functional departments)
• Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and able to provide knowledge transfer to end users
• Highly motivated and ways to improve - self-motivated
• Self-starter and move to the next level - grow myself and show leadership you want more
• Comfortable in front of executives and leaders
• Able to build relationships with contacts as various contacts
• Understanding of the foundations of ITIL
• Required Technology: Windows Desktop and Server OS, Formal ServiceDesk Ticketing, or Any Comparable system Preferred/Plus
• Certifications Preferred: ITIL Cert
• Plus: Experience in Gaming and Hospitality
