Lifeshape is Hiring an Executive Administrator Near Atlanta, GA

Scope of Position:

Provide executive-level administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer and Directors.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage calendars and contact information, schedule meetings and handle logistics, and reserve conference rooms for COO and Directors.

2. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for COO, Directors, and Lifeshape guests.

3. Ensure the prompt handling of correspondence and maintenance of efficient electronic and paper file systems.

4. Compile expense reports for COO and Directors; assist in the budget process.

5. Assist in the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout and arrangement.

6. Manage the process of purchasing letterhead, business cards, office supplies, and equipment.

7. Coordinate the use and maintenance of Lifeshape’s auto fleet.

8. Compose and edit written communication and the capture of meeting notes and tasks.

9. Other projects as assigned within defined parameters.

Requirements: 

1. An evangelical believer committed to Christian service consistent with our organizational purpose, mission, and beliefs who is actively involved in a Christian church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis.

2. Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in a related field.

3. Preferred 4 years’ experience in administrative support to an executive; 10 years or more total work experience preferred.

4. Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone, email, correspondence, and face-to-face communication.

5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

6. Demonstrated high level of initiative, conscientiousness, confidentiality, and the ability to create solutions to complex problems.

7. Superior skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace, or humor.
