THE OPPORTUNITY: As we continue our journey, we are building a team of sharp, intelligent, innovators that are able to move fast with great agility and passion. We are currently searching for a Executive Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to various levels of management. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on this role to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Primarily support the CEO and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
  • Manage CEO’s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
  • Keep our office operations running smoothly. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the way we build and run our office.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Must have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
  • An individual who is able to interact seamlessly and with professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including Senior Management Team members, Board of Directors etc.
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • An individual who is energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm.
  • Must be resourceful, and consistently have a can-do attitude.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred 3 plus years related experience in office management and/or administrator to Sr. Leadership
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • A local resident to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
