We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is responsible for keeping all aspects of Accounts Receivable current including invoicing, recording of payments and deductions and related collection activity.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Process sales invoices with backup documents.

· Enter cash receipts daily, including any deductions taken by the customer.

· Research and resolve any unexpected customer deductions and dispute any discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Manage customer’s scorecard including dispute any associated fines within customers timeline.

· Communicate with customers about billing discrepancies and questions.

· Process credit card payments.

· Work with outside collection agency on past-due accounts.

· Process intercompany inventory transfers within ERP system.

· Maintain accounting ledgers as required.

· Assist with audit requirements and requests.

· Meet all standards of confidentiality and safety. Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

· Work effectively with internal/external customers and co-workers by practicing punctuality, respect for deadlines, collaborative problem solving, and honest communication.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 2 - 4 years of accounts receivable experience or equivalent strongly preferred.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

· Ability to achieve high volumes with high accuracy.

· Tech savvy, and proficient with Word and Excel.

· Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills.

· Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills.

· Intermediate level computer literacy.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to be a team player.

· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 85% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
