Receptionist
Job Description:
The Receptionist will primarily be responsible for answering and distributing incoming calls. They must have the ability to handle high volumes of calls, multi task, and capability to review reports on a daily basis. They will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Job Requirements:
· Answer and distribute incoming calls to appropriate destination, which will include handling high volume of calls simultaneously, decision making, and project a positive attitude
· Welcome and direct all visitors to the facility, that entails managing written check in process, distributing/collecting visitor badges, notifying appropriate party on visitor
· Manage Post Billing Audit
· Distribute mail daily, point person for all outgoing mail
· Create and send Fed Ex PART packages
· Assist on special projects as needed
· Highlight daily shipping exceptions report
· Scanning billing into the DocuWare system
· Daily filing both invoices and customer PO’s
Job Qualifications Include:
· Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
· Computer literate (Great Plains preferred)
· Ability to listen, comprehend, and follow direction from manager
· Punctual and dependable
