Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Estimating Administrative Assistant to support our estimating team. The position will assist the Estimating Department with preparing estimates, maintaining and tracking information on estimates and general administrative support for all new and existing projects. The Administrative Assistant has large growth and promotion opportunities into a full estimating position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Experience: Estimating Administrative Assistant experience is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Proficient in using a computer is a must. Must have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task under time constraints and work effectively as a team player. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner. Tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, employees, vendors and others. Prior construction experience helful yet willing to train the right candidate.
