Liberty Behavioral & Community Services Inc. is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Culver, CA

Join our team as a Business Development Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in our growth and impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the bridge connecting businesses with community organizations, driving strategic partnerships and business expansion through your innovative and forward-thinking approach.

As a key team member, you'll be responsible for generating and prospecting consumers, participating in recruitment and outreach events, and attending business meetings to stay ahead of industry trends. You'll analyze market information to tailor our business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction in all transactions.

Your role will involve creating spreadsheets, developing email campaigns, and making cold calls to connect our company with new strategic partners. You'll focus on generating outbound leads, prospecting and closing opportunities, and managing the entire process from pipeline generation to opportunity closure.

To succeed in this role, you'll need either professional experience or a combination of education and four years in sales, marketing, or account management. You should also possess strong networking and social media outreach skills to identify strategic opportunities and attend industry events to network with potential clients.

The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for the following:

  • Generation of outbound leads
  • Prospecting and closing of opportunities.
  • Create spreadsheets and cold call lists.
  • Develop email campaigns to connect LBCSI and companies with new strategic partners.
  • Heavy focus on calls and visits to acquiring new business.
  • Own the entire process from pipeline generation, internal collaboration to opportunity closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for business development,
  • Identify, evaluate, and forge strategic alliances and partnerships that align with our company's objectives, opening new avenues for revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze business development activities, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement in our business development efforts.
  • Profound and demonstrable networking and social media outreach skills
  • Identify strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of the segment and customer’s business needs.
  • Attend industry events to network with potential clients.
  • Accountable for achievement of quarterly and annual targets.

Must be able to:

  • Build lists of prospective clients and heavy outreach
  • Manage leads and consistent Follow-through.
  • Track metrics to ensure Goals are hit.
  • Cold call and email daily

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5 years of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with business sectors and customers.
  • Professional customer service attitude
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Computer Software Skills
  • Bilingual a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must have a dependable automobile with insurance and a valid California Driver’s license. Must submit to and pass criminal background check.
