LHH is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Portland, OR

Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to LHH Recruitment's client's team, ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Position Details:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Tigard, Oregon
  • Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour
  • Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office schedules and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
  • Order and distribute office supplies.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
