Summary :

This position will be supporting the IT Manager very closely with internal communications, timeline management, calendar management, reporting, follow-up on project updates, and other administrative support.

Prior administrative experience is required.

Serve as point of contact via in-person, email and phone for the manager

Assist department including scheduling meetings, project status updates, etc.

Attend regular meetings and stand ups with other units

Proactively anticipate, assess and resolve company and staff needs

Work with internal and external personnel to follow through on management requests and to complete company projects

Provide updates to manager

Track receipts and complete expense reports as needed

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

2 Experience in an office setting in an Administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Skype

Willingness to learn, can train with ease and ramp up quickly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Prior experience working in the technology industry is a plus but not required
