Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a transportation company in Chandler. This organization is in search of a full time AP and AR clerk to join their team. In this role, you will spend half of your day supporting the Accounts Payable team, the other half will support the Accounts Receivable team. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. This jobs is paying between $23/hr-$26/hr DOE. 

As an AP and AR Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, including verifying invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and issuing payments.
• Handle accounts receivable duties, such as invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions in our ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.
• Communicate with vendors regarding any COI's or tax forms that need to be updated into the system

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• At least one year of recent experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Prior experience using an ERP system is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
