- Full-Time
- 40 hours per week
- In-office (not remote)
- $18-$19 per hour. Rate may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
- Accounts receivable basic tasks
- Weekly and monthly billing
- Process Credit Card Payments
- Communications with customers to resolve unpaid balances
- Send invoices, proof of deliveries to customers
- Handle communication from sales reps, managers, collogues and customers
- Post payments (CC, check, ACH)
- Follow up on prior communications (email, mail, phone)
- Admin Tasks for contracted projects
- Monthly Statements
- Reconciliation of any invoice or account
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Digitizing documents (scan)
- Prepare mechanics lien waiver packets
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 years of B2B AR/collections experience required
- Construction admin experience a bug plus
