Senior Executive Assistant Support:
• Manage email, calendar & other activities for the office of the
CEO
• External/internal event support such as tracking of invitee
responses, menu management, creation of badges, etc.
• Travel arrangements and filing of expense reports for Executive
Leadership Team to include travel document support, air travel,
car service needs, etc.
• Travel arrangements for attendees of internal and external
leadership events inclusive of international visitors. This includes
travel document support, air travel, car service needs, etc.
• Coordination for local events (e.g., OC, BOD meeting)
• Assist with organizing employee events (e.g., meetings, open
houses)
• Coordinate various aspects of external/internal events such as
flight arrangements, hotel bookings, registration, meal
coordination, etc.
• Assist with calendar management and meeting planning for large
groups of internal/external stakeholders
• Work with highly confidential information for accuracy, analysis,
and correction of data through excel formulas and pivot tables.
Office Coordination:
• Support of meetings with logistics and catering for various
functional teams as needed.
• Maintaining readiness of conference rooms
• Ordering of office supplies for the office area.
• General administrative support, including creating
correspondence, problem resolution, etc.
