We are looking to hiring a Controller to join our team in our Alpharetta office. This person should have previous experience with a growing manufacturing company, preferably in the biotechnology or medical device industry. This position manages the overall financial activities of the company and works in close cooperation with the leadership team and other department heads. This individual will be asked to help drive the performance of the operations by applying technical and business insights and guidance. Responsible for management of accounting and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and posting invoices for all orders and usages
• Accept and process payments from customers
• Provide copies of invoices, credit memos, and other related documents to both customers and Sales Reps
• Assist with data entry and reconciliation
• Communicate with customers and Sales Reps and assist Customer Service with any Billing-related questions
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Update Rebate Customer List for new Rebate Customers
• Email/mail Monthly Rebate Credits to Rebate Customers
• Email/mail Monthly Statements to all Customers
