LSP is seeking a Regional Vice President to join our growing team. The role is preferred to be located near one of our hubs - NYC, or Tampa but we can also consider remote.
As the RVP, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of Legacy Service Partners operating companies and own the P&L of multimillion-dollar businesses from Day 1. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the companies and will work to grow your businesses organically and through M&A. You will leverage Legacy's value creation playbook and other resources that enable the businesses to reach its full potential. RVPs will manage around six companies at one time.

Regional Structure: Our partner companies are split into regions based on geography which require travel to the businesses regularly to act as the true operating partner.
Key Responsibilities: - In this role we expect you to have at least weekly conversations with each of the GMs and their teams, coaching them on daily, weekly, monthly activities to drive results
- As a true operating partner, you are expected to visit the companies frequently
- Full profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet optimization responsibility
- Keep the businesses on track and making strategic updates and suggestions where needed
- Identify when a GM needs to be replaced and work with LSP talent team on recruiting, replacement and successful onboarding
- Contribute to Centers of Excellence and L&D calls for local GMs and operators
- Help us drive progress on the LSP platform wide rollouts including but not limited to technology, HR, finance, marketing initiatives
- Leverage our technology stack including Service Titan and Domo to measure KPIs and drive best practices
- Expand geographically through greenfield opportunities in partnership with LSP strategy team
- Expand through service line offerings that are complementary to core business with LSP strategy team
- Partner with Legacy Service Partner's investing team to assess, close, and on-board add-on acquisitions
- Maximize ROIC by growing revenue and operating profit

- Meaningful operations leadership experience in a "team of teams" environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.)

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
