It is a unique experience that I have yet to encounter anywhere else. “- Associate, M&A You and Your Job As a Vice President, you will be successful if you are able to manage client relationships towards originating new mandates and executing current mandates. As a Vice President you are expected to lead the execution process and maintain strategic dialogue with Rabobank's core clients and prospects creating new commercial opportunities in the pipeline. Job Responsibilities Execution: leading the execution of M&A transactions, including coordinating project information flow with client and other key partners. Origination: managing client relationships towards executing existing mandates and originating new mandates, including idea generation and coordinating marketing materials. Analysis: providing value chain and company analysis on corporate advisory projects. Research: conducting analysis and market research on priority issues and trends impacting specific U.S. F&A sub-sectors in order to support the broader goals of the organization. Your Promise to Us: To be considered for the Vice President (M&A) role, you must have: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA a plus 5-6 years of relevant investment banking experience Strong quantitative and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Client and relationship management Extensive M&A, corporate finance and investment banking knowledge Sector/product knowledge (access to clients) Knowledge of relevant legal and tax, accounting and compliance issues as they relate to the business of our clients. Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00 This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
