About the Role
The Regional Vice President, Practice Operations (Northeast) will play an instrumental role in the onboarding and management of physician practices on our platform, as well as network development efforts within a market.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of cardiology practices, driving performance across a variety of areas within the practice and be the go-to resource for physician practice owners and their staff. You will be responsible for driving financial, operations, and quality metrics. This role will also help lead, manage and support a team of local market operators within the practices, including developing and executing strategies to enhance CardioOne’s market presence by, engaging with potential practice partners, driving revenue and new patient growth for existing partners, and building relationships with key payors. As part of a lean startup team, we’re looking for individuals who are comfortable being a player-coach, self-starters, scrappy, can manage ambiguity, and are ready to grow within a hyper-growth organization. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations with local travel to each practice in and around Union County, NJ including Brooklyn, NY and Philadelphia, PA.

Full time base salary of $170,000 - $190,000 dependent on years of experience with a 10% bonus plus medical, dental, and vision.
