Legacy Restoration is Hiring a Production Administrative Assistant Near Plymouth, MN

Legacy’s Production Administrative Assistant provides backend office support for our production team by doing everything from customer phone calls, invoicing, and interacting with our various suppliers. Do you have two plus years of professional work experience in an office setting? Do you have strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs? Do you have a positive phone presence and strong customer service skills? If so, Legacy Restoration is waiting for your resume.

An Average Day

Throughout the day you will be responsible for homeowner phone calls, material confirmations, uploading costs, coding invoices, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the team is successful. You will be contacting homeowners with project updates, review supplier order confirmations to verify the product, quantities, and pricing. Throughout the day you will upload numbers to various spreadsheets, review/code invoices to submit to the Finance department. You will also interact with Legacy’s various suppliers, vendors and departments throughout the day.

After one year, you will know you were successful if:

  • You have demonstrated time management skills, strong attention to detail, punctuality, trustworthiness, and accountability, and you can follow directions well.
  • You have demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with our internal teams and vendors/suppliers.
  • A great understanding of Legacy’s software, systems, and department SOP’s.
For this position you must be able to:
  • It is preferable to have at least one year of construction experience and some knowledge of materials.
  • You Must have working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other basic program.
  • You Must have at least two years of professional work experience in an office setting.
  • You Must be a self starter, with strong organizational skills, and attention to details.
