Description
The Receptionist/Office Assistant is the first point of substantial contact between a prospective client and the firm. The role involves the intersection of firm knowledge and a pleasant customer service attitude to assist clients and potential clients in getting directed to where they need to be.
Additionally, the Receptionist/Office Assistant maintains the firm’s customer relationship management software and maintains the overall look and structure of the physical office.
Skills
Pleasant, warm personality, energetic, highly professional attitude, appearance and attire, and team-oriented. Excellent verbal communication. Loves to work with people. Ability to use Microsoft Word and to learn other software quickly. A strong background in customer service and/or sales and scheduling is preferred.
