We are now accepting applications for: Office Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Office Manager will manage walk in customers and the day-to-day operations of the location and will be expected to work closely with all departments to serve customer needs and support operations as needed to grow the business. Accounting experience preferred.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

  1. Answer sales calls
  2. Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
  3. Take and process customer orders
  4. Offer advice and details regarding available products
  5. Generate invoices and account statements
  6. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  7. Produce monthly financial and management reports
  8. Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries
  9. Assist in general financial management and analysis
  10. Follow-up communications with customers and account representatives
  11. Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required
  • Excellent customer service skills.
