Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained in all areas.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Managing schedules, budgets and inventory
• Developing and implementing cleaning policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Driving sales

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• previous experience managing a cleaning team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong problem-solving and decision making skills
• knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the proper insurance
• strong sales experience
