Overview:
Responsible for clerical/office duties within mobile home community. Includes sorting of mail, putting up mail, answering telephones, responding to reservations requests and facilitating transactions with customers. You will be responsible for assisting management in the overall operation of the front office during work hours.

Dependable, self-motivated, team oriented person; able to perform duties w/ minimum supervision; experience in mobile home sales a plus; background knowledge of county regulations for mobile home communities; ability to handle resident relations with diplomacy, and tact; excellent judgment and problem solving skills; computer skills; outgoing personality
Examples of Work Performed:
· Maintain office duties when Property Manager is offsite
· Answer phones, directs calls as needed
· Manage all leases, including lease reminder letters
· Maintains files, including filing daily
· Creates monthly newsletters
· File audits as needed
· Maintains all titles in title book and sends titles to Auditor when a new homeowner purchases a home
· Maintains outer appearance of office space
· Cleans office/restroom and laundry areas
· Perform all other duties as may be assigned
